How to add digg button to blogger

In this post we shall learn the simple ways how we can add Digg button to our blogger post, which can be very effective and would encourage your readers to submit your article to the Digg Social Community Network if you have a article that interests your readers; Or else you can too submit your stories to the Digg Social Network, which can result in two things:

1. May help you increase your page rank.
2. Can you get some traffic on the go.

To work out this hack you should first make sure that you have 'Enabled Post Pages to Yes'. If your not sure wheather your Post pages are set to yes

1. Login to blogger account with your Blogger ID


2. Go to Settings and Clcik on Archiving Tab


3. And scroll down and set "Enable Post Pages" to "Yes".

After you have done this setting you are ready to add a dig button to your blogger post. And before you work with your template its always neccessary you take a backup of your Template, and now go to Layout>>EDIT Html>>Expand Widget and find for this line of Code

• Adding Digg Button in Top Right Corner of blogger Post:If you want your Digg Button in top right corner of your blog post replace the code marked in Red with

  </script>
  <script src='http://digg.com/tools/diggthis.js' type='text/javascript'/>
  </div>
  <p><data:post.body/></p>

  
  Now save your template and view your blog to see your digg button on the right top corner of your blog post.


• Adding Digg Button in Lower Right Corner of blogger Post:
  Or else if you want to your Digg button on the lower right side of your blog post, and replace the Red code with the following code

  <div style='float:right; margin-left:10px;'>
  <script type='text/javascript'>
  digg_url="<data:post.url/>";
  </script>
  <script src='http://digg.com/tools/diggthis.js' type='text/javascript'/>
  </div>

  
  Now save your template and view your blog to see you Digg button on the Lower right corner of your blog post.


• Adding Digg Button in Top Left Corner of blogger Post:
  Or else if your want your blog post in the left top corner of your blog post, replace the Red code with the following code

  <script type='text/javascript'>

  </script>
  <script src='http://digg.com/tools/diggthis.js' type='text/javascript'/>
  </div>

  Now save and view your blog to see your digg button on the left corner of yout blog post
